This page explains what information the Lumen app ("we", "our", "us") collects when you use it, how we use that information, and the choices you have. We try to keep this short and plain.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run third-party analytics SDKs in the app.
We use the following service to deliver the app:
Account data is kept as long as your account is active. Server request logs are kept for up to 30 days, then deleted.
You can ask us to delete your Lumen account and all associated server-side data at any time. Send a request from any email address you have access to, including the username you want deleted, to jamesjxb820@gmail.com. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Lumen is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
We protect account passwords by storing only a one-way hash. All traffic between the app and our server uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
